Why are your smoothies frozen?
Our smoothies are frozen for 3 main reasons:
Nutrition - Did you know that fruits and vegetables at some supermarkets can be up to 3 months old from being kept in controlled conditions? Vitamins and antioxidant activity slowly deteriorate over this period. Our ingredients are snap frozen straight from the farm at peak maturity, which locks in the essential vitamins and nutrients.
Convenience - Our mission when we started this business was to make it super-easy for people to eat healthy all the time. The way we do this is by freezing our smoothies, so they are ready-to-blend whenever you need them. Our smoothies can be stored in the freezer for at least 3 months, so you don't have to worry about whether you have healthy ingredients available.
Texture - It's true, frozen ingredients allow for the best smoothie consistency. You also don't need to add any ice as the frozen ingredients chill each smoothie down to the perfect temperature.
How do I make each smoothie?
Each smoothie is super-easy to make. Just simply empty the frozen contents into a blender, add 300mL of a liquid of your choice and blend!
Each blended smoothie produces a serving of approximately 500mL.
Do your smoothies contain any added sugar or preservatives?
Each of our smoothies have no added sugars, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Each smoothie pack contains only ingredients that are raw, unrefined and where possible, in their natural form.
How long should I blend the smoothies for?
We recommend blending each smoothie for 1 minute or until it has a smooth consistency.
Do your smoothies contain allergens?
Some of our smoothies do contain allergens, such as tree nuts and gluten. Whilst none of our smoothies explicitly contain peanuts, we cannot guarantee they will not be present due to potential cross-contamination at our facility. We strongly recommend avoiding our smoothies if you have any food allergies.
Where can I find the nutritional information?
The nutritional information for each smoothie can be found on the 'Blends' page.
